Amtrak says a train crashed into an empty truck on the tracks Near Wadsworth early Thursday morning.
In a statement to 2 News, Amtrak says the collision happened just before 9:15 a.m. on Thursday.
They say Amtrak Train 5, also known as California Zephyr, was headed west to Emeryville from Chicago when the crash happened.
"There have been no reported injuries to the 115 passengers or crew onboard. Amtrak is working with local law enforcement to investigate the incident," they say.
There's no immediate word on when the track will be cleared.
